RULES TO REOPENING

The Bangkok Communicable Disease Committee has allowed eight types of venue to reopen under strict social distancing conditions at a date to be announced by the Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration.
　バンコク感染症委員会は、8種類の施設について、以下の厳しいソーシャルディスタンス基準を守ることを前提に、Covid-19状況管理センターの発表による日付をもって再開することを許可した。

1 Restaurants and food shops
レストラン、フードコート
Excluding those in department stores, all staff must undergohealth screening. They have to seat customers 1.5 metres apart. No self-cooking at customers' tables such as hot pots or grilling, buffet lines are allowed. Alcohol sales, music performances are also not permitted. Partitions must be installed for customers to choose food. Hand sanitisers must be provided, and toilets must be cleaned every hour.
　デパート内は除く。すべてのスタッフに対して健康チェックを行う。客の椅子は1.5ｍ以上離す。鍋や焼き物等、客のテーブルで調理を行うセルフクッキングは不許可。ブッフェはOK。アルコールの提供、音楽演奏はともに✖。食事を選ぶ場所と客席との間に仕切りを設ける。手の消毒用アルコールを常備、トイレは1時間ごと清掃。（赤字は変更箇所）

2 Markets and flea markets
マーケット、蚤の市
must screen and check the temperatures of people entering and leaving. Hand sanitisers must be provided. Each stall must be separated and vendors must disinfect their stalls regularly. Vendors and buyers are required to wear face masks.
客の出入りに際して境界を設け検温する。手の消毒用アルコールを常備、屋台/店は間隔をもって設置、店主は屋台を消毒しなければならない。客も店主もマスク着用。

3 Barbers and hairdressers
can reopen but each service session must not exceed two hours and each premises must be cleaned and disinfected every ten minutes. Customers must make appointments and will not be allowed to wait. Staff will be required to wear face masks and face shields.
理容店/美容室
店を開けることはokだが、すべてのサービスは最大2時間以内、10分ごとに店内を清掃消毒する。客はすべて予約制で、店内で待つことは不可。スタッフはマスクとフェイスガード着用。

4 Hospitals, health clinics 
will comply with the same measures to be announced by the Public Health Ministry. Beauty clinics will remain closed.

保健省の基準に準拠する。美容外科は閉鎖のまま

5 Golf courses and driving ranges
must not hold activities that involve groups. They are required to keep player logs, recording time and date in case of disease investigations. Players must stay at least 1.5 metres apart.
ゴルフコース、ドライビングレンジ
集団を形成するような催しもの（コンペ等？）は不可。プレイヤーの情報、プレイ日時、疾病検査等の履歴を保存。各プレイヤーは1.5ｍ以上離れる

6 Sports and exercise facilities
Initially, only three types can reopen - running tracks, tennis courts, and badminton courts. Only one point of entry and exit is allowed. They must keep logs of users and the time and date of use.
スポーツ、エクササイズ施設
3つのタイプのみ再開、ランニングトラック、テニスコート、バトミントンコート。出入口は1か所のみ。使用者名、時間等の記録を残す

7 Public and private parks Screening points must be set up. Group exercises such as aerobics, use of exercise or fitness equipment are banned. Running and cycling are allowed.
公共、私設公園
検問所を設置。グループでの運動、すなわちエアロビや、エクササイズorフィットネス用器具は使用禁止。ランニングやサイクリングはOK

8 Pet grooming shops will reopen, but no walk-in services are allowed. People must make appointments. The shops must keep a record of customers and times and dates.
ペットグルーミング
すべて予約制。利用者の名前利用日時の記録をつける。
